It sure is great to have Hidden Lake Gardens.  It was begun by Harry Fee in 1926, and given to Michigan State University in 1945.  Since then the initial 200 acres has grown to 755.  It includes gardens, natural areas, and a conservatory.  It's wonderful to pass things like this along to following generations.  This image looks across the lake toward the hosta hillside, where the dwarf crested iris grows.  The image was shot by Katie Landstrom, my grand daughter, age 7 at the time.
